Tickets are available for a suggested donation of $20 for a book of 10, or $2 individually.

We are asking each family to sell five books of 10 tickets (suggested total donation $100) prior to April 29th - though, by all means, feel free to SELL MORE! The family that sells the most tickets will receive a prize of dinner, a bottle of wine and babysitting services - priceless!

Parents, you'll receive books of tickets in your child's folder. We suggest you ask everyone in your circle of family, friends, neighbors and colleagues to buy tickets. The most important selling point is that the proceeds will ensure that families who otherwise could not afford to send their children to SAPS and SAAS can do so – keeping our community intact and maintaining the rich diversity among the students. On top of that - the prizes are fantastic, and the tickets are affordable.

Some simple comparisons you can make to encourage people to buy multiple tickets:

• One ticket costs just slightly more than a basic cup of coffee at a café.
• 10 tickets cost about the same as a movie out for two adults (without the popcorn!).
• For the cost of a glass of wine in a restaurant once a week for a month, you could buy 15 tickets!

What to do with ticket stubs and money collected:

• Place your ticket stubs and cash collected in an envelope with your child’s full name on the outside.
• Put your envelopes in the PINK box located on top of the cubbies in the middle room next to the Parent Hours binder. There will be a big sign indicating this is the raffle collection box.
• Don’t forget to put your child’s name on the envelope every time you turn one in to ensure that you receive credit for all the tickets you sell!
• Turn in your money and stubs often – please don’t hold them until the end. We’ll be posting our progress toward our $10,000 goal, so we want to have a steady flow of receipts.
